Many music fans and critics are drawing comparisons between Em and Lorde due to the release of Em’s latest indie pop music video on YouTube “Hear Your Love”. And let me tell you, everyone is absolutely loving the video for its lyricism, visual components, and just because of Em herself! The song itself is different than “Solar Power” but fans are saying both women are killing it!

Em’s “Hear Your Love” music video is set in Russia in the 1800’s, drawing from what Em feels was a “perfect place to capture the essence and the way music and love felt back then.” The story itself is between Em and her love interest, Giuseppe, and their “love language together”. The visuals, again, successfully capture this blossoming love story and it is quite a stunning sight to see.

New Spotify and YouTube Pop Music Artist, EM catches attention from Billie Eilish fans

 

Billie Eilish fans are going crazy over rising Artist Em! She just released another hit pop single accompanied by a stunning music video for her latest single “Hear Your Love”.  It’s no surprise fans of pop and indie music everywhere are going crazy for this visually stunning music video. Em raved about her latest video in a recent interview, stating that: “My New Music Video set in 19th century Russia, was a perfect place to capture the essence and the way music and love felt back then.. At least from my interpretation.. You get to see the love story unravel between me and my boyfriend Giuseppe as soon as the music is played.. Their love language together.”

 

Em claims that the same energy that went into making this record was the same energy that was translated into making the video. Trust us when we tell you, that it shows. The video was directed and produced by David E. West. The collaboration did not stop there; Em also worked with collaborators like the production manager Tracey Pine, and Bethany Joy for styling.

Not only has Em released this stunning and beautiful love story that was captured into a music video, but she has also released her otherworldly 7-song project EM. On this project, the talented songstress finds herself collaborating with producer Chris Young on a musical direction that is lyrically rich in self-empowerment missives (particularly for women) and musically moves in a soulful pop direction, shades of goth ascending.

Already preparing her next album (and future music videos) and, EMbrace: Heaven on Earth, Em will be working with former Motown songwriter/producer Michael B. Sutton (Michael Jackson, Diana Ross, Smokey Robinson). Em has also found a collaborator she considers to be her artistic soulmate: Gregor Stobie who resides in Glasgow, Scotland and is in the same mid-`20s age range as Em. “We’re on the same wavelength,” Em enthuses.

EM Say What You Mean on YouTube Has That Lana Del Rey Alternative Pop Style

 

Are you looking to find artists similar to Lana Del Rey? Look no further! Em, a pop singer/songwriter from New Jersey, has a very similar style. Em says, “I feel the song is a universal message and represents the ethereal, emotional side of my writing.” The hopeless romantics are definitely going to want to check this one out!
